We are highly engaged and extremely passionate members of KH leveraging decentralization to enhance our team’s BIG3 experience — directly impacting the overall on-court performance and engaging the wider basketball community through unique media and coaching analytics initiatives.
Since purchasing the team in 2022, this would be the third season that Bayesian Baller and Uncle Jon would support the Ball Hogs across a variety of fronts on behalf of the Krause House community.
Over the past two seasons, they have spearheaded initiatives pertaining to fan engagement, decentralized media, and coaching analytics that have not been attempted by any other team in the BIG3.
And it’s paid dividends…
From Year 1 to Year 2, the Ball Hogs experienced the largest YoY improvement of any team in the BIG3 — progressing from dead least place in 2022 to having their best season in team history and coming a tiebreaker away from the playoffs in 2023!
Now heading into 2024, we want to keep that momentum rolling as we are extremely confident that this will be the summer the Ball Hogs will earn their first ever playoff berth!
Krause House’s story in taking the Ball Hogs from dead last to the playoffs in just two seasons will write itself, and we believe it will have an enormous impact on our ability to engage future prospective partners!

1) Ball Hogs Assistant Coaching, Scouting, & Analytics
In Year 1, Bayesian supported Rick and the players from afar with his advanced analytics and weekly scouting reports.
In Year 2, this analysis proved to be so powerful that Rick and the players invited Bayesian sit on the bench, assist with draft strategy, have a say in our team’s roster construction, and travel with the team for all games.
This was truly an unprecedented amount of access for anyone — let alone one of the team’s NFT owners — and truly made waves towards validating Krause House’s brand and reputation throughout the league.
Now, the Summer 2024 BIG3 campaign is fast approaching and the Ball Hogs will be taking their show on the road once again to some of the biggest cities in the United States!
And similar to last summer, Bayesian is looking forward to being an assistant coach and leading all of the data analytics and basketball strategy initiatives for the Ball Hogs (at Rick’s request).
He will again collaborate directly with Head Coach Rick Barry, Team Captains (Leandro Barbosa, Jodie Meeks, & DaJuan Summers), and the entire team to use advanced stats / video analysis to craft custom scouting reports for the team to use during games and practices.

Some of these data-driven scouting reports - which featured unique research around shot quality, lineup analysis, and in-game strategy - were also publicly promoted by the BIG3 on Twitter to their more than 140k followers and others were circulated within the Krause House community as exclusive content for token-holders.
2) Weekly Ball Hogs Show & Media Content w/ Rick Barry & Joy DeAngela
Featuring Special Guests such as NBA Hall of Famers, Players, and Coaches from around the BIG3
We have partnered with Ball Hogs HC Rick Barry and received approval from the BIG3’s Executive Team to produce a weekly show on behalf of Krause House in which we will interview some of the biggest names from around the BIG3 this summer.
The show will be co-hosted by Bayesian Baller and Rick Barry, with additional support from social media and marketing correspondent Joy De’Angela, and lead audio/video production from Uncle Jon.
By partnering with NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry, he has agreed to and we plan on leveraging his legendary reputation to secure exclusive sit-down interview with high-profile guests from other teams in the BIG3.

With Rick’s caché and the league’s support (they’ve confirmed to Rick that they will work with us in any way possible to be of assistance), we believe that the above list of coaches and players is not only realistic but could drive major headlines around the basketball world throughout the NBA’s offseason. And of course, all content will have Krause House’s name and branding front and center to further validate our brand as a multidimensional force in the industry!
3) Develop Merchandise for Our Team, Community, & Fans
Over the past two summers Uncle Jon has designed, produced, and sold Ball Hogs team merchandise to fans both online and in the arena on gameday. Last season the shirts, in particular, were not only worn by the fans and Krause House faithful, but were also donned by the Ball Hogs players themselves which generated a ton of organic buzz around the team within league and player circles. Which got us thinking…
This summer, not only do we want to produce more exclusive merchandise for our fans and community, but we would also like to outfit our team with the most unique Krause House x Ball Hogs branded performance apparel the BIG3 has ever seen! Our ideas for this include practice gear, gameday warmups, and exclusive team collectives.
It’s more than look good, play good. We want to develop a brand that becomes an iconic staple of the BIG3 and makes players proud to rep the Ball Hogs. We envision that this strategy could be a huge marketing boost for Krause House and the Ball Hogs, as well as, could be scaled and perfected for future clients.
4) Deepen Financial Relationship w/ BIG3 & Other Team Owners
We would like to leverage our involvement with the Ball Hogs this summer to be a launch pad for additional revenue — either via our ownership or from providing our services to other teams.
Our work with the Ball Hogs over the past two seasons has proven to be of tremendous value, and this time around we would really like explore getting something back for providing this value.
We believe that we can start thinking about ramping up our offerings, putting together a deck of our services, and (for starters) beginning to offer them to other team/owners around the BIG3.

Both the community and the Stewardship team has the power to cancel this stream if it is being abused. In addition, if a contributor abuses this trust, they are effectively burning their social credibility and ability to successfully submit proposals in the future. We expect some lossiness; however, we believe the benefits of getting good work off the ground is worth this small cost.
