GOAL OF PROJECT:

Is to put on a event a day before the Miami event happening in January or the last weekend of January the 24th co host a event and then the quantum Miami event will happening in Miami on the 25-27th just before the ALLSTAR GAME!!

Background

Quantum Miami is the birthplace for coins like ETH and build reconnecting with the friends we establish within the community of “Tech Runs Miami” we had during ART Basel it would be great to host with other like minded group a event that would help launch us into Allstar week with our Playable interacting heat check game that we have a QR code set up on display at the event to help direct traffic into the discord as well as to our other programs we have designed ready to present to the public! I will have the opportunity to have a unique ability to be apart the branding on the sponsorship package and would do some merch related to Krause House as well as help present us in a room of defi and again to the Miami community who maybe missed us the first time!

The why to this that makes it MATTER:

NBA just before the Allstar Game we will be in MIAMI where you will see the #Community more accepting to crypto and knowledgeable is the just only one the most important thing to have and we have the opportunity to establish ourselves as the foundation of web3 collaborations providing the use cases needed to solidify the ecosystem through good projects increasing public uses for tech in life building bridges real life! It takes more than one event as well as it take more than one community to come together for us all to make the impact on the world we like to see in the future. We are looking to have this worked out with all the necessary agreements established by the end of the year! The Krause House DAO will be able to be apart the event to be present and have our merch on display with a group who would all be able to attend to inform the audience and community about the event at the DeFi lead event in Miami. For us to be able to participate in the governance for one of DeFi’s most established protocol events happening at this Flagship event happening its needed that we represent unity with the goals to provide the tools needed for a healthy mind body in the future of life through this event we will have that chance as it will be documented as well as filmed buy the event we have speakers at then afterwards with Special guest to invite SpottieWifi waring to weare some the merch TYME INC. Krouse House merch that is designed for this event.

With the partnership with this event as well as the connections made I see this as a win to be apart another charitable event as well that will be the project helping support the people working who have been displaced in Florida.

Community is everything and crosspollination is defiantly a blessing to have as we keep growing !

All this will Yield a percentage to be generated that would be added to a few nonprofit organizations such as our own “all in for sports” as well as to the Krause House DAO Treasury. Providing additional funds to increase our runway - providing a more robust future for DAO Operations as we work towards our ultimate goal of acquiring an ownership stake in an NBA Team.

What's needed to be DONE:

NBA ALL-STAR VOTING will end on Jan 21, 2023. So maybe that Sunday possibility are to produce something then or the 24th. On one hand we have a community of Basketball focused group and on another side we have philanthropic as well as entertainment to provide some comfort for mental wealth. We have been talking with SpottieWiFi as well and like to also to have a event that would be able to include the likes of all the speakers from the conference to possibly be in attendance like friends we are able to gain in attendance at the conference.

As stated above, the plan is to utilize the strategy of deploying funds into:

1. Provide a budget for travel/ stay $2000 USDC

4. 3k for Krause House members in the DAO to attend to represent and do some media coverage of the event to add to personal KH media.

TIMELINE:

DEFINITION OF SUCCESS:

• Increase actions with participation in all KH activities aligning projects together at this event that will show unity and provide the look that is needed to prove our value as a DAO.

TYMED is in talks with SpottieWifi A music NFT celebrity to perform at an event with us and quantummiami.com planning the possibility of attending and representing KH on a Global scale. The tickets are priced at $495 each

Requesting 2k TYMED if needed with receipts and if not the rest returned to the KH treasury.

2k Gandaolf if needed if not rest returned to treasury

$500- $1K USDC Charity at the event to help community mental health, homeless and clean up

$13K USDC for the event collaboration of afterparties throughout the week leading up to the ball game we will put on for the weekend to include education and onboarding the community into the KH DAO.

$5k USDC merch that will be provided to the event participants and family included in the event for the weekend with UFC chips to be talked about to add to the WEB3 that will be possible if we chose to use this for documentation and proof of attendance that is able to be used for future events, we have the ability to do aligning goals to have success in this and future events.

Project Details

The intention of this proposal is to fund a IRL event purchasing a small BOOTH that will use to be able to give the IRL opportunity adding to giving back as well as expanding our community We will use KH community to add ART that the members of the DAO currently able to have on display at the booth or at a side event that we establish with partnership at event or side event with this Kiosks. We will use the event to promote KH and the talented community we have demonstrating the collective capabilities of the creatives we have in the KH DAO. Leverage our in-person reps form KH, Pig PEN, Ball Hogs, Esports as well as media team working with us to promote things such as gamming as one component as we will have a speaking package to be included in the video at Quantuim miami that they will have developed to promote this event. Are presence here will provide a day-to-day IRL experience for the KH community and drive up the numbers of people who are looking to be a part of our family as well as be apart this 3 day historic event. TYMED is apart KH community working daily for us and is looking for all KH members to attend if they are able and encourages everyone to participate and gain $KRAUSE daily with competitive or treasure hunt like activities included in the learning experience of IRL!

What will we be doing at the Quantum Miami ?

The “thesis” + “process” is to trust the community to engage and build as we have opportunity for other like minds to incorporate into the DAO aligning common ideas to fulfill our objective. Our mission overall is to create the most fun and family friendly educational experience with people who are looking to become apart the movement with adding to our fan engagement in all of basketball, Esports, and web3 world with the communities who are looking to engage with attaching themselves to our mission to have NBA team.

How does this benefit Krause House?

By talking to people at the event and participations in games we will design and be building helping to establish real relationships, our goal is to give back to people IRL who are involved and those who are not educate we must add education by doing this IRL with them adding the community, so they are able to bring in some of their communities with them. This is very intentional with extra external home-grown relationships that will become part the guild to fostering connections. Use our community to show unity and build a following that the NBA will take a notice at how much fan engagement as well as IRL participation adds to connections with all types of different communities and will add to us that need to increase exponentially building an inclusive community that is diversified. We are going to show how to spread and expand with others no borders as a goal to see all the other people flying into this event from all different areas. Apart the community that we have been web3 natives as well as incorporating community to show they all belong as the individuals they are, all people who join the KH will have their voice be herd given voting privileges and driving engagement through the formation of these friendships and experiences we help add on the building we are doing establishing a solid foundation helping other projects as well with the charity donation to be made via physical labor possibly clanging up the beach one day event .
