Optimising the Krause House Instagram handles for organic community growth.
Greetings, I'm Minal Chaudhury and I help brands, creators and companies grow on social media. Iv been working in this industry for over 3 years and have been fortunate enough to have had the early exposure of working with and learning from people who work at Instagram thereby learning how we can manipulate the Algorithm to maximize organic reach. KH India Strategy:
We aim for India since India has one of the highest viewerships globally on social media especially Instagram. Gaining organic traction and creating an Indian community will be extremely fruitful in the long run since the watch time is extremely high and most of the population has access to the internet.
We shall aim to capitalize on the high number of viewership in India when it comes to short form content via Instagram. The following strategies will be put into effect into growing a Basketball specific sports page on behalf of KH in India.
Relatable and inspirational content: This type of content tends to gather high number of views and followers since they are extremely storyable and shareable which comes under the strongest form of content on Instagram. I shall be making this content from scratch and ideating, conceptualising and editing the videos.
Highlight Hoops: We shall also feature certain hoopers and their highlight clips to make the page is the hub of Indian basketball highlights and make sure it attracts as many eyeballs as possible from the Indian hoop community.
KH Original Content: To stay true to the brand we shall also be posting a lot of the original KH content to make sure that a certain digital footprint of the brands presence is made in India. All 3 categories of content will be made in the regional language as and when it deems fit.

Ball Hogs Instagram

I plan on optimizing the highly under-utilised content of Ball Hogs which is already out there along with the brand new content we will get from their games and make sure that correct practices, hashtags, audio and multiple other elements are included which would result in their content getting the highest level of visibility and traction.
Discord:
Since very few Hoopers use discord in India so getting them there and having them active would be a whole learning curve for them which would also have to be incentivized. What we can do is that once the Kh India account gets active and gets some traction we can build a discord community off of that since it'll be all Indian audience only, so the Kh discord community can happen after a few months of starting the KH India Instagram.
Meanwhile I can help manage the Ball Hogs discord as previously discussed.
The entire content discussed and explained in the documents attached shall encompass 80% fresh content and 20% recycled content from the main KH account so that the India Kh Account stays connected to its main roots and company.
Final Goal:
The main idea is to turn the existing content and the future content that KH would generate and to optimize, produce and edit it in such a way that it gets the maximum traction in order to achieve organic growth and grow the community on Instagram using the correct practices which other Instagram experts use. The current state of affairs on Instagram isn't up to mark and we are trying to change that.
